There are options with the Ultherapy treatment as well; patents can do a full face, neck and chest treatment in one session, or a partial treatment to address specific areas of concern. Specific issues addressed include lowered eyebrows and mild hooding of the eyelids. Also, mid-face issues such as downturned mouth, jowling, and loss of jaw line definition can be addressed, as well as neck firming and tightening including the submental, or “turkey neck” area under the chin. Ultherapy has been FDA-approved to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles to the décolletage or chest area.
There are minimal side effects with Ultherapy including temporary redness, swelling, tingling, and tenderness and rarely bruising or welting. Most of these side effects fade in a matter of hours.
